Tim Jackson - CEO, Alcumus SafeContractor Division
Tim joined Alcumus in June 2019 as Chief Financial Officer after almost seven years at QA Ltd, where he held the positions of Finance Director and Commercial Director. Prior to this, he worked for Goldman Sachs and Grant Thornton, where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
In 2025, he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Alcumus SafeContractor Division. Tim is responsible for setting the transformation journey and growth strategy for Alcumus SafeContractor and HR and Advisory solutions in the UK.
Tim has a Degree in Classics from Cambridge University and an MBA from INSEAD.


Jim Anderson - CEO, Alcumus ISOQAR Division
Jim joined Alcumus in March 2023 from Marston Holdings having worked there as Chief Operating Officer. He has previously held senior roles at Scan Coin Suzohapp, G4S and IBM, working across the UK and Ireland and spending five years in South Africa.
Jim is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the ISOQAR business, leading commercial and operational delivery in the UK.

Val Rees - Chief People Officer
Val joined Alcumus in August 2018 as Chief People Officer following an illustrious career at Marks and Spencer, where she held numerous senior HR positions and leadership roles, latterly as Global Head of Employee Relations, Employee Wellbeing and Performance.
She is responsible for the people agenda to support business growth, driving employee engagement and making sure Alcumus is a great place to work.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development and brings over 30 years’ Human Resources expertise and experience to the team.
